Elegy of Lichuan

Heavenly Realm war goddess Bai Li falls in love with low-ranking immortal Zhao Han and spends 300 years helping him rise to the throne, only to discover that he has been using her all along. After becoming Emperor, Zhao Han casts her into the Demon Realm to eliminate her. There, Bai Li loses her memories and is saved by Demon Lord Cang Yuan, unaware that she once saved him as a child—and that he has loved her for 300 years. Cang Yuan disguises himself as her husband and secretly protects her, and they gradually fall in love. When Cang Yuan is badly wounded, Bai Li regains her powers and memories and finally sees Zhao Han’s true nature. Zhao Han traps her and attacks the Demon Realm, but Bai Li awakens her ancient divine power, defeats him, and saves Cang Yuan. She strips Zhao Han of his immortal powers, reducing him to the low-ranking immortal he once was. Bai Li returns to Heaven as its Empress, while Cang Yuan gives up his position as Demon Lord to become her husband.
